How do I make a purchase?
We have tried to make our Online Store easy to navigate. The simplest way to buy products online from Frank Lazzaro.com (AKA Lazzaro's.com) is to:
1. Click on chosen product area from the main website menu.
2. Choose the product that interests you.
3. Add items to your shopping bag by clicking on the ‘Add to cart’ button.
4. Review the items you have chosen in your basket. To delete an item from your basket, click on the 'Remove' button next to the item. To change the number of items of any type enter the desired number in the ‘Quantity’ box and click on 'Update'
5. To resume shopping after viewing your basket, click the 'Continue shopping' button at the bottom of the page. (Please be aware that items cannot be finally allocated to your order from stock until you have completed your check-out).
6. Proceed to check-out and follow the instructions to finalise your purchases.
Can I order by phone?
We are sorry, there are no phone orders. All purchases are done online in this store. If you’re having difficulty ordering from our online store please email us from our Customer Service department - CONTACT US link.
How will I know you received my order?
After you place your order, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received. This does not mean your order has been accepted by us. Once your payment has been approved, the receiving address has been verified, and the item has been located, your order will be accepted.When the item ships, you will receive a notification email along with any relevant tracking information.
If items are out of stock you will receive a further email notifying you of the situation.
Does Lazzaro's ship to multiple addresses?
During the checkout process, you will be asked to select the shipping address for your order. At this time, you can ship your online order to only one location. We realize that your order may include gifts that require shipping to several different locations. To do this you will be required to place separate orders for each address you wish to ship to.
Does Lazzaro's offer a gift wrapping service?
We do not offer a gift wrapping service. All Lazzaro merchandise is shipped from our warehouse in Southern California with secure packaging and protection of your merchandise.
Will I be charged tax?
Sales tax will be added into the purchases shipped to New York State.
Is my purchase insured?
Lazzaro's has arranged limited insurance against theft and accidental damage on merchandise in transit and does not cover the goods once they are signed for at the delivery destination.
Do you have a store location that I can visit?
No, our merchandise is sold only online in the continental United States. All Lazzaro products (merchandise sold on this website with an "add to cart" icon below it) are shipped from our central warehouse in Southern California via UPS ground. Our Home Office is located in Levittown, N.Y. but not open to the public.
Do you sell wholesale?
Yes, we sell wholesale from our mail order catalog. Please contact us for detail information and the products you are interested in selling from your retail business.
Will items that are sold out be re-stocked?
This varies by item. Many items are temporarily sold out while we wait for a new shipment, while others may be marked as sold out until they are removed from the site. If you have interest in a particular item that is sold out, you can inquire via email at CustomerService – please include the product reference and name.

Who is Frank Lazzaro?
Frank Lazzaro is a professional Merchant where he received his training back in the mid 1970's as a Visual Fashion Display Designer for many fine retail department stores in the New York area. Fresh out of the U.S. Army during the Viet Nam Era, he excelled so well in the field of business that he opened his own 300 square ft. retail florist and gift shop in 1979. Lazzaro's Florist and Gifts, and built a three store chain of fine shops in Floral Park, Franklin Square and Mineola, on Long Island, New York, until the company's transfer to an online presense as a home and garden design store. He is a former White House Christmas Freelance Decorator with twelve years at The White House during the Ford, Carter and Reagan Administrations. His credits include decorating a State Dinner for the Queen of England at The White House during the bicentennial in 1976. (see e-book in our store departments) Today, Frank Lazzaro is a senior club Lecturer on White House decorating and guest speaker for Long Island clubs and organizations talking about his award winning E-book, "Memoirs of Christmas Decorating at The White House". He continues as the Chief Operating Officer of his successful online store that endures his name and manages its daily operations from his company headquarters in Levittown, Long Island, N.Y. with a staff operating from his affiliated warehouse in southern California. Frank's golden rule sums up the real secret of his success, "Sell the customer a good quality product at an affordable price and give them excellent service, there is the secret of a successful merchant".
